Comments: I want to request prayer for my elderly acupuncturist Dr J Han. He is about 90 years plus and is quite frail. He is a real MD and used to work at Sloan Kettering as their pain management director. Most acupuncturists are just licensed in acupuncture. He is a real MD as well. There are only a few of them in the 5 boros are even the US. They all charge about 200 dollars and hour. He only charges a co pay though most insurance won't pay for it. As a result rich patients take advantage of him. His landlord takes advantage of him and doesn't give heat or make repairs. He wont let us call 311 on the landlord he is afraid of being evicted. The lord id answer our prayers for him during the polar vortex over the weekend. He was called away to a medical conference and got to stay in a hotel where it was heated. We could not communicate to him he needed to leave but the Lord took care of that! He is not saved and actually lost hope for a better life. He says The American dream is a lie. The Lord did answer one more prayer of ours for him. We bought him Chinese sermons from Singapore and the postage alone was about 250 dollars. He refused to listen to them because he is a Buddhist. He just threw them away or something. He says he doesn't know what happened to them but he cant watch them because he can't believe in Jesus only in Buddha. But when we next came to his office he had a Chinese bible. He said in his defense I might have lost those DVDs but I still have the Chinese bible you gave me though I have not read it yet.We asked if he had any other Christian patients. he said no. Only we didn't give him a bible! Such an answer to prayer! The Lord somehow got him a bible. He really thinks it is from us. Anyway I want to ask for prayer for Dr Han for his salvation and that he will not go into eternity without truly understanding his need of a savior and that Jesus is his savior. Also for the Lord to give him hope even in his last days or years. KC I appreciate all of your prayers!
