Comments: Company turned me down, then another. The Orientation was blown for a company with no base pay, mediocre reviews and an inept website. They were all ecstatic I was coming aboard, which I thought was strange, because they said I would have to start by door-knocking in The States. I wrote clearly at the bottom of the application after the interview in there space where I had questions that I was out of country and unable to door-knock, only remote appointment setting or remote consultations. They must not have read that, because when I replied to that email, giving me the link to the conference, they were still onboard with onboarding me. Then I wrote clearly at the top of an email that I was out of country -- when I went to the zoom call there was no access so they must have screened me out or the whole thing malfunction. The time of the call was 4:30AM my time. Then I got a call on my U.S. number from a really solid company at 4:33AM and they asked if I had time. I should have said yes, but my standard is give a company up to 15 mins to allow a call in case of technical troubles. The guy said he'd call me today at 11PM my time (I'm 12 hrs difference from EST). He said to give him a text at 11PM my time 11AM his time. Problem is I saved his number to my contacts and texted him back from my Philippine number! Duh! Now that could be a red flag or a fleece, but I would rather have brought it up in a face to face video-call... I afterward confirmed the time again today from my U.S. number, no reply. IF he takes it and does the interview, he's ok with my being out of country. I don't think he will be because it's a commercial job that does one state in the south only. It says remote. Guess we'll see. It's "All Souls Day" here in The Phils, so I ask for extra protection. Also, I ask for wisdom on the continuing job search. My wife has been at her mom's since Monday, and my housekeeper doesn't really cook for me. I think she's off today, haven't seen her around since I just woke at 2:30PM having gone to bed at 6AM. I'm praying, reading the word, and will get some sunshine -- "Sunshine, on my shoulder, makes me happy" J.D... Anyway that's the update. I feel so alone in a foreign land without work. My second request is for Vida Stanley, my niece, who is having a biopsy in her nose, 11/07, and my niece, Cynthia Monk, who battles staying healthy as she awaits a new Kidney. I know that if one receives a new kidney it means, more than likely that someone has died. Have Mercy LORD! Prayers for my grandchildren struggling with anxiety and mental health problems. Thank you for your prayers. Father, we ask for attacks to be quelled before they occur. We pray the child be filled with the Holy Spirit in the womb, for Ps 91:10-12 angelic protection, and for a safe and healthy delivery and child. It's my wife's first. She’s in the Bible daily and we’re asking she, the child and I be filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesy, as with John in the womb, Luke 1:15, and Elizabeth, Luke 1:41, and Zecharias in Luke 1:63-80, also like the disciples in Jerusalem, Acts 2:1-11, in Ephesus, Acts 19:6. Also, blessing on the new job and clarity to come before the Throne of Grace to receive mercy and find grace for help in time of need, Heb 4:16. We continue to pray for the Saturday outreaches here, for out little boat’s engine to get fixed (diesel hand pull too much compression to pull start) so we can take the boys fishing. Comments: Thank you for offering this prayer support. I grew up hearing Wayne in my childhood home and now, at almost 50 years old I am reaching out for support from his ministry. I need an urgent miracle to turn my life around so I can become financially stable again after years of traumas and health issues -- and after 15 years of losses. I am pushing 50 years old, am single with little family support and I do not know what to do or where to go and I hope God will have mercy and be gracious and lead me to the right thing and that I will be empowered to do what needs to be done to move forward. It has been a very very very hard lesson and I need help to forgive myself, release the past and let go of regret. If only I knew then what I know now...and I did my absolute best that I could the entire time. She is not on the same page as I am with regard to our call to minister on Saturdays and attend church on Sundays. She left again while I went to the store to get some sleep aid. Not answering texts or calls and acting like a brat. She is in a very dangerous place outside of my covering, so I cover her with prayer and ask others to do the same. Now I am both wide awake and upset. Please ask God rebuke her sharply, as she has had pastors, parents and myself say she can't continue "running away" when there is any confrontation. I have been praying to sleep on Saturdays for over a month and she gets the prayer requests in her emails -- she is without excuse. Please see how exhausting she is to me right now. Not in an impressive way, asking the wife to do something dangerous, or requesting something forbidden and taboo, but we’re talking like basic things – – planning childbearing, now that we’re pregnant, planning on how to avoid pregnancy in the future since I’m 57 years old and only have I don’t know how much longer to live. Also, I asked for financial wisdom proverbs to one to five as well as basic ordinary Christianity 101 type of things like church, attendance ministering to your neighbors, preaching the gospel And being able to support your family and beyond. I pray for more humility on the part of my 25 year old wife since I’m 57 and I’ve been in business and actually gain the place to retire prior to receiving the news that we’re pregnant because we wouldn’t take birth control because we didn’t want green spots. Now I welcome the baby , but Need to know that the future is going to incorporate my plans and my ideas since they’re highly superior to anyone else that I’ve heard, God, in Jesus name, amen — We’re Christians, not Buddhists, and the book of proverbs was written so that we would be wise and make good decisions. It was a great service with pastors and members from 2 other churches visiting, one the Regional Overseer of the Asia Missions group the church is under. We had to leave after 6+ hours (they had a meal in the middle of services and our Niece was baptized with her friend, Rena and Kaila. We had to go to the only time slot the Radiologist in the neighboring town had hours to do an ultrasound... So we are expecting a baby boy! Father, I call upon your Gracious and Compassionate Name for protection over myself, my wife and child. May we and the child drink no wine or liquor but be filled with The Holy Spirit (Jer 35:6; Eph 5:18), may the child be filled with The Holy Spirit even from the womb (Luke 1:15). I ask you open door for a nicely fitting remote from home position (Ecclesiastes 3:13-14; Rev 3:7-8). Grant me ability to write an exciting introductory resume, help me tweak my resume, give me good interview skills, and abundant favor to speak with with hiring managers, interviewers and corporate officers (Prov 22:29; Prov 25:11; Ps 5:12). Continue to help us with local church attendance, daily prayer and Bible Study, outreach, evangelism & discipleship of the local youth (Matt 28:19-20). Comments: Heavenly Father, thank you for confidence to approach The Throne of Grace through our High Priest, Jesus. Firstly we ask all things I do today promote your reverence, spread your kingdom and teach your will to my family, friends and those that are watching us obey you. May the good works people see glorify you, Our Father in heaven. Secondly, I’ve been out of work almost a year but now we have a baby on the way and I need to return to the workforce. Open a door for a remote solar and battery storage position or another remote position because I have to earn U.S. Dollars and am a U.S. Citizen. I ask for High Speed Internet. Next, I ask for you to meet daily needs of provision (through trading well, passive income and the ordinary means of work). Forgive me in advance as I forgive whatever anyone may do against me today in advance. Protect me from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and shatan. I ask this for myself, my wife, our baby to be, our families, friends and those friends who pray remotely online. Comments: I pray that God sends good people in my life. People who know that it's not right to physically hurt one another. Who do not threaten, abuse, harass, torture, bully. Who use fear and pain as a weapon to control me. Please save me God from 3 very frightening people. I'm so afraid. Please help me. |
